Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return & exchange.

To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch with our team if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy & Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll automatically receive credit for the price of item and are able to choose another product. No refunds will be issued

Wholesale refund and return policy

1. No Cancellations After Payment and Production Start:

Once an order has been processed, payment has been received, and production has commenced, all sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds at this stage.

2. Order Changes:

Any requests to modify an order must be submitted in writing prior to payment and production. We are unable to accommodate changes once production has started.

3. Defective or Damaged Goods:

In the rare event that your order arrives with manufacturing defects or damage, please notify us in writing within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to review the issue and determine a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

4. Freight & Logistics:

Azzul Swimwear is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party freight or shipping companies. We recommend that you coordinate shipping with trusted carriers. If we are involved in freight coordination, all communication and expectations must be transparent and professional.
